f. Question: What if my child is an average athlete or is just learning football?
Answer: We designed the camp to empower each participant and allow individual development at a pace that suits each participant. We encourage each participant to focus on their own knowledge and understanding in order to apply the techniques and information taught to them by our staff. It is very easy for kids to get down on themselves if he or she feels they are not keeping up with the other kids. We base our program on positive reinforcement for each participant's individual effort. The coaches pay close attention each participant and makes sure that they improve at their own level of ability. If your child is just beginning, the camp is ideal for them. They will learn exactly what a practice is like and what is expected of them on the football field.
g. Question: My child has an advanced skill level, will the camp match their skills?
Answer: Yes, we feel that it is very important to challenge each child while raising their skill level and focusing their development to a higher level of understanding and ability. We make a special effort to ensure every participant gains some valuable experience and knowledge from the coaching staff. We match the kids based on skill level and we ensure the members of the matched groups share the same talent level. We instruct each camper according to their own skill and ability in order to improve his or her individual performance levels.

Our top-notch quality instruction focuses on creating a sound foundation for each participant in a fun atmosphere. In addition, there will be daily games of 7-on7 flag football. We not only hope to teach the participants the skills to make them better athletes, but we also hope to stimulate their general interest in sports. This will include an emphasis on academics and athletics by creating a balance between them, teaching professional football techniques, and fostering personal achievement and confidence that will help build the life skills necessary to compete not only in sports, but in their adult lives. Our practices are intense, upbeat, and crisp in tempo. We want the kids to be aware that this is not playtime, but a an opportunity to further develop their academic, athletic, and life skills. It is our sincere hope the information present to the kids creates a sound foundation and a resource they can take to heart and apply to their game and their everyday lives.
